"Energy-in-Minds!” aims
at demonstrating that substantial reductions in
fossil energy consumption can be achieved cost-efficiently
within five years by implementing a coordinated
set of RES, RUE and information measures. The four
participating communities are the most advanced
in energy questions within their countries. They
will improve their energy-efficiency by:

Within the Concerto period, the "Energy-in-Minds!”-Communities
aim at reducing their fossil-energy-consumption
in the building sector by 10%. The project is funded
by the European Commission, 6th FP for Research,
Technological Development and Demonstration with
9 Mio. Euro from 2005 until 2010.
